1. You'll need a valid driver's license. International visitors may need an International Driving Permit along with their home country license.
2. $150 REFUNDABLE security deposit
3. Car MUST be returned to the place you rented/took it or your SECURITY DEPOSIT will NOT be returned.
4. Car MUST be returned in the same CLEAN and DETAILED condition or your SECURITY DEPOSIT will NOT be returned.
5. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the car. If the car smells smoke, your SECURITY DEPOSIT will not be returned.
6. You are responsible for flat tires and nails in the tires, cracks and damages on the car while in your possession.
7. We are responsible for oil change, and mechanical repairs, etc. of the car.
8. Any ticket(s) incurred during rental period MUST be paid by renter, even after rental period is completed.
9. Weekly payments are made every week on the day the new rental week starts
10. Renter is responsible for all law violation during period of rental of the vehicle and will be liable as required by the law for any deed done with the car during period of rental.
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some luxury vehicles may have higher age requirements.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to fees depending on availability.
Yes! All our rentals come with unlimited mileage within the rental period. Drive as much as you want without worrying about additional charges.
No, we do not provide insurance. But you can purchase comprehensive insurance coverage from third party insurance vendors to ensure your peace of mind during your rental period.
